Donald F. Barnett (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed an order of the referee denying Claimant benefits.

While Claimant was employed as a bartender on the evening shift (6:00 P.M. until 2:00 A.M.) Claimant’s wife became seriously ill and was unable to care for their nine children. Claimant, of necessity, had to be at home in the evenings to care for his wife and the children.
