This action is brought by the administratrix of the estate of one Charles Coleman. In the action, the plaintiff seeks to recover damages on account of his death, which, she asserts,, was caused by the negligent and wrongful acts of the defendant. • She charges that the defendant is a corporation, with its principal place of business in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; that, at the time of the accident which resulted in the death of decedent, and for a long time prior thereto, it was engaged in the business of furnishing electricity for light and power to various homes and places of business' in the state;…
