This is a summary proceeding instituted by the landlord to remove the tenant and undertenants from the possession of certain premises known as the basement in the building located at 209 West Fifty-first street, in the borough of Manhattan, city of New York, under the provisions of the Civil Practice Act (§ 1410, subd. 5).
