The nature of this proceeding will fully appear from the pleadings of the parties, which, being short, are here set out:

“Now comes Edwin Lacy of Gregg County, Texas,- as executor of the Gibson estate, who holds a claim for the sum of $132.03, which has been approved' against the Guaranty Fund.
