This is an appeal from a jury verdict of guilty returned to the Vermont District Court, Chittenden Circuit Unit No. 2, Burlington, Vermont, in the County of Chittenden, on the 14th day of August, 1969, and from the court’s ruling which denied the respondent’s motion for a directed verdict both at the close of the State’s evidence and again at the conclusion of the respondent’s case.
