Hyman pur■chased an undivided half of section 21, township 39, north, of range 13, east of the third principal meridian, Cook county, Illinois, for himself and Edward Mott Bobinson, the latter furnishing all the money to make the cash payments.

It will be seen from the foregoing statement, that the grounds upon which the plaintiffs in error oppose the confirmation of the master’s report of sale in the Circuit Court were, that by the conduct of’ the receiver, Peters, and the purchaser, Bogue, they were deceived and misled to their injury; that the agreement between said receiver, and the firm of Bogue & Hoyt, together with the previous negotiations between George M.
