The court has held a trial of the above captioned adversary proceeding. In the instant adversary proceeding, the Chapter 7 Trustee seeks a determination as to the ownership of real property located at Lots 24 and 26 in the Heron Lakes Estates residential subdivision in Harris County, Texas (the “Property”) and, to the extent defendant Laverne Williams holds title, seeks avoidance of the conveyance to Williams, and recovery of the Property, under Section 544 of the Bankruptcy Code and the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act…
