The bill in this cause was filed by a judgment creditor with return of nulla bona, to subject the equitable interests of her debtors in certain real estate to the satisfaction of her judgment. The debtors, answering, admit the judgment and return of the execution unsatisfied, but they deny the power of the Court to reach such *784interests as tliey own in tire property, the same having arisen under a devise in trust for their benefit, by will duly recorded.
