On September 5, 2003, the appellant, Wallace Glenn Sanders, was indicted for robbery in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-8-41, Ala. Code 1975, in connection with the robbery of a Texaco Food Mart in Dothan. Sanders was also indicted for robbery in the first degree in connection with the robbery of the Cowboy Service Station in Dothan and with robbery in the third degree in connection with the robbery of the Krystal fast-food restaurant in Dothan, a violation of § 13A-8-43, Ala.
