In December 2014, Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“the EEOC”) filed this suit against Defendant Blinded Veterans Association (“BVA”), alleging violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. (“ADEA”). The EEOC alleges that BVA discriminated against two long-time employees, Suzanne Matthews and Lazaro Martinez, on the basis of age. See Dkt. 1 at 1.
