On November 22, 1999, the Association to Benefit Children/ Variety House (Agency) filed a petition pursuant to section 384-b of the Social Services Law requesting that the court terminate the parental rights of S.D. and W.S. to the subject child A., who was born on October 27, 1987. The Agency also filed petitions requesting that the court terminate the rights of S.D. and G.R. to the subject child G., who was born on September 24, 1996.
