—In a condemnation proceeding, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Court of Claims (Benza, J.), dated September 16,1992, which is in favor of the claimant and against it in the principal sum of $1,368,435.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.

This condemnation proceeding arose from the partial taking of the claimant’s property on September 12, 1988. The subject property is located at the intersection of Routes 35 and 100 in the Town of Somers, Westchester County.
