The affidavit on which the attachment was issued, states in substance, that the action is brought against the defendants for the wrongful conversion *522of personal property of the plaintiff, and the complaint which is made a part of the affidavit, alleges, that in consequence of the wrongful sales, detentions and conversions therein mentioned, the plaintiff has sustained damage- in the sum of one hundred and twenty-five thousand dollars, and''judgment for that amount is demanded, and interest from the 1st day of October, 1869. The plaintiff and defendants are residents of the city of Baltimore.…
