David Skelton, the former Chapter 13 trustee (“Mr.Skelton”) in the chapter 13 bankruptcy case of Kari Lynn Beckman (“Debtor”), brings this Motion for Determination Re: Funds on Hand in Case Converted from Chapter 13 (“Motion”).
