MEMORANDUM AND ORDER ON DEFENDANTS’ MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This is an action based on the alleged sexual discrimination and harassment of a female employee of Harvard University, which is now before the court on the defendants’ motion for partial summary judgment. The plaintiff, Charlotte Walters, was employed in the Building and Grounds Department of the university.
