This is an appeal from an order of the district court of Leavenworth County denying the petitioner’s motion for relief filed pursuant to K. S. A. 60-1507, attacking a sentence to life imprisonment entered after the petitioner entered a plea of guilty to first degree murder.

The primary question relates to the sufficiency of the evidence taken by the trial court pursuant to K. S. A. 21-403 on a plea of guilty to first degree murder.
