This matter came before the Court for a bench trial on the parties’ cross-motions for a permanent injunction. The dispute relates to which party has the right to use in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area the name and insignia associated with one of the three major political parties in the Dominican Republic, the Partido Revolu-cionario Dominicano (“PRD”).
