The appellant railroad company owns and operates its railroad through the townships of Prairie, Ross and Young America, in the county of Edgar, which was duly assessed for taxation for the year 1902 by the State Board of Equalization, and taxes extended thereon by the county clerk according to the several certificates of levy for taxes filed with him for that year.
