Plaintiff-appellant Charles Frazier, an inmate in the custody of the New York State Department of Correctional Services, appeals from a decision of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York (McCurn, J.) that granted judgment as a matter of law in favor of the defendants pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 52(c).
