In this case, we are once again called upon to decide the extent to which the courts of this state may resolve disputes arising within a *628church or religious organization. While First Amendment concerns substantially limit the power of the courts to intervene in internal church disputes, we nevertheless may be required to resolve the issue of disposition of a church’s property.
