OPINION

SEDGWICK, Judge.

The marriage of Jim and Sandra Novot-ny was dissolved December 2, 1985. The parties were awarded joint legal custody of their two small sons with physical custody granted to the mother. This appeal is from the judgment and order denying father’s motion for a new trial. We affirm.

FACTS
