(dissenting). The holding of the court in the majority opinion in this case that the finding by the trial court that a partnership existed between plaintiff and defendants, which finding was necessary to justify the court in requiring an accounting between the parties, is a final order and appealable, is to my mind of such importance that I feel justified in expressing my views.
