This case raises the issues of whether an option contract to purchase land can be rejected under 11 U.S.C. § 365(a) where the debtor’s sole purpose of filing a Chapter 13 petition is to reject the option agreement, and if so, what is the proper measure of damages to be awarded the creditor/op-tionee under the Chapter 13 plan.
