MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER ON CALCULATION OF POST-CONFIRMATION QUARTERLY FEES TO THE UNITED STATES TRUSTEE

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the confirmation of the Debtor’s plan in this small business Chapter 11. Docket 51. The United States Trustee (UST) filed a Motion to Dismiss or Convert this case to Chapter 7 because the Debtor was delinquent on payment of quarterly fees owed to the UST pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1930(a)(6).
