In this prohibition proceeding, relators Robert D. Hayter (“Hayter”) and his employer Custom Feeders, Inc. (“Custom Feeders”) seek to prohibit respondent judge from enforcing an order requiring Hayter to execute an authorization for the release and for Custom Feeders to produce Hayter’s medical records.
