HENRIKSEN, J.

Pending for decision by the Court are two Petitions for Visitation concerning the above-named minor children. One of the petitions was brought by the children’s 28-year-old mother, Melissa Greene. Melissa *989Greene (mother) was found guilty in December 2005 of Murder By Abuse or Neglect for having placed her approximately one-hour-old newborn baby on the doorstep of her alleged paramour on January 28, 2003.
