LARSON, Justice.

This respondent, Kevin J. Visser, is an attorney practicing in Cedar Rapids. He graduated from law school in 1980 and was admitted to practice the same year. He testified he has a general practice with an emphasis on litigation involving labor and employment issues. One of his business clients became involved in a dispute with a former employee that ended up in litigation. The respondent was contacted by a newspaper reporter who obtained a statement from him resulting in these disciplinary charges.
