This is a suit for personal injury arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on May 12, 1995, and in which the Plaintiff claims damages of $1,000,000.00. The matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs Motion in Limine requesting, inter alia, to preclude any evidence being introduced at trial to show Plaintiffs income from the business he now owns and operates known as Pamela’s Secrets or any reference to the revenues, expenses, profits, or losses for that business.
