This is an appeal by an employee from a decree of the workmen’s compensation commission entered on January 12, 1962 denying and dismissing his petition for review. The commission found as a fact that since June 30, 1961 the petitioner had been partially incapacitated for work by reason of the injury sustained on March 28, 1960, ■but that he had failed to prove the extent of his loss of earning capacity.
