KETCHUM, Chief Justice:

The litigants in this matter,are three adult sisters, Polly Pickens, Hurl Tribble and Janet Sargent, involved in a dispute over the Estate of their deceased mother, Louise Pickens (the “mother”).

Polly Pickens (“Pickens”), the petitioner and defendant below, appeals from the September 5, 2014, order of the Circuit Court of Mason County which denied her motion for a new trial.
