This attempted appeal from the county court in a will contest was dismissed by the district court for want of jurisdiction. The dismissal order referred to Rule 336, Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and stated that the appeal was dismissed because neither a transcript of the proceedings in the *799county court nor any of the original papers or exhibits filed in the county court in lieu of a transcript were transmitted to the district court within thirty days from the rendition of the order appealed from and no motion to extend the time for filing the record of the proceedings in the…
