MEMORANDUM
PADOVA, District Judge.
On August 4, 1993, I entered an order granting in part and denying in part defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ complaint. 1 Defendants (collectively, Baseball) have moved for the amendment of that order to certify for immediate appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit the denial of defendants’ motion to dismiss the antitrust claims. Baseball has proposed the questions on which certification is sought: “[1] Is Baseball’s exemption from the antitrust laws limited to the reserve clause and, [2] if not, does it encompass relocation…
