MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause comes before the Court upon the Motion To Dismiss and the Motion for Relief From Stay filed by Barbara Baum-gartner, the Court’s Order to Show Cause On Dismissal or Conversion, and the Hearing on the Debtor-In-Possession’s Disclosure Statement. With the exception of the Disclosure Statement, the Court conducted a Hearing on all of these matters.
