This is a compensation suit in which plaintiff claims compensation at the rate of $20 per week for total disability, arising from injuries suffered in an accident on the 4th day of March, 1942. At the time of the accident plaintiff was employed by the defendant, Silas Mason Company, as a blacksmith, and, while using a pair of tongs in the process of shaping some rings, sustained a fall caused by the breaking of the tongs.
