—In an action for money had and received, the defendants appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Gowan, J.), entered October 28, 1992, which is *570in favor of the plaintiff and against them in the principal sum of $348,968.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
