This is an appeal from the July 13, 1990, order of the Court of Common Pleas, Fayette County, denying appel*445lants’ petition for hearing to reinstate appeal and/or extension of time in which to file complaint, from a decision rendered by a District Justice. For the reasons which follow, we reverse the order of the trial court and reinstate appellants’ appeal from the order of the District Justice.
