OPINION
CRONE, Judge.
Jose Lopez appeals his conviction for class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, arguing that the evidence is insufficient. We affirm.
The facts most favorable to the conviction show that on April 15, 2009, Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department Officers Stacey Lettinga and Gary Smith received a report of domestic disturbance at an Indianapolis apartment and proceeded there to investigate.
