JOPLIN, Judge:

11 Petitioner Robert Lloyd Hyde (Claimant) seeks review of an order of a three-judge panel of the Workers' Compensation Court affirming the trial court's order denying Claimant compensation for accidental personal injury allegedly arising out of and in the course of Claimant's employment with Respondent Budget Industries (Employer). In this proceeding, Claimant asserts the Workers' Compensation Court erred as a matter of fact and law in holding Claimant's injury did not arise out of Claimant's employment.
