Appellant Asoma Corporation (“Asoma”) appeals from a finding of admiralty in rem jurisdiction by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Robert P. Patterson, Judge) certified to this court under 28 U.S.C. § 1292(b). Plaintiffs Thypin Steel Company (“Thypin”) and Donbakraft Ltd.
