In this action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985 the plaintiff seeks damages for the decision of the Connecticut Real Estate Commission to deny his application for a real estate license because he was a minor. Plaintiff claims that the decision denied him his rights under the fourteenth amendment to due process and equal protection.
