This case comes before us on appeal by the plaintiff, Pound Hill Corporation, Inc. (Pound Hill) from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court in favor of the defendants, Jacob Perl, Edward B. Gogek, the Providence Zen Center, and John Does I through V (collectively referred to as Zen Center). The plaintiff filed an action against the Zen Center for abuse of process and tortious interference with prospective contractual relations. The action arose out of the following alleged facts.
