DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} William Flickinger ("Appellant") appeals the judgment of the Athens County Municipal Court finding him guilty of obstructing official business in violation of R.C. 2921.31. He argues that the trial court erred in "denying its finding that he was guilty" after holding a bench trial. We interpret the Appellant's argument as a challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence. Because we find that the record contains sufficient evidence to support a finding of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, we overrule the Appellant's sole assignment of error and affirm the judgment…
