—Judgments, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Ivan Warner, J.), rendered June 13, 1990, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 5 to 15 years and 3 to 9 years, respectively; and upon two pleas of guilty, convicting defendant of two counts of robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him to concurrent terms of 5 to 15 years, all to run concurrently, unanimously affirmed.
