Before the court is petitioner Jerome Lucas’ motion to vacate, set aside or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. (Docket 1). Mr. Lucas pled guilty to felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) and 924(e)(1). United States v.
