Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Edward Davidowitz, J.), rendered June 26, 1991, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of burglary in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of 3 Vs to 10 years, unanimously affirmed.

The trial court appropriately exercised its discretion in denying defendant’s motion for a mistrial on the ground that alleged juror misconduct precluded "true deliberation”.
