Overstreet v. Chambers

This is a petition by the defendant to establish a report. The case was tried on May 25, 1972. On June 22, 1972, the trial justice filed his rulings of law, findings of fact and his decision in favor of the plaintiff. Notices were sent to counsel on that same day.
