This is an action for personal injuries brought by Claude Eoby, Jr., against Eobert E. Perryman, Clyde Perryman and Ziffrin Truck Lines, Inc., which personal injuries were sustained by said Claude Eoby, Jr., as a result of a collision between an automobile in which he was riding as a guest and a semi-trailer truck driven by Eobert E. Perryman, owned by Clyde Perryman, and allegedly being operated at the time of the collision for and on behalf of Ziffrin Truck Lines, Inc., in the usual course of its business as a common carrier of freight under a certificate of convenience and necessity issued…
