Rufe, District Judge.
Plaintiff, proceeding pro se , filed suit in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, against JSD Management, Inc., Kelly Hendrick, and Darcy Clark, asserting causes of action under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Pennsylvania Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. JSD removed this case to this Court and filed a Motion to Dismiss and/or for Summary Judgment. Defendants Hendrick and Clark filed a Motion to Dismiss for Insufficient Service of Process.
