STEWART, J.
William Henry Deegan was convicted by a jury of three felony counts: assaulting a park ranger with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon, and forcibly resisting three police officers based on threats and violence. As to the forcible resistance, he was also found guilty of an enhancement based on his personal use of a deadly weapon.
