OPINION
PICKARD, Judge.
{1} Plaintiff appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendant on Plaintiffs breach of contract claim. Plaintiff represents a yet-uncertified class of automobile insurance policyholders who elected to pay their automobile insurance premiums in installments. Defendant is an automobile insurance company that entered into a contract with Plaintiff to provide insurance for her automobile.
